Can't vouch for the nest in the tree closest to the car park at Kelly's but have seen recently 3 Whistling Kites in those trees to the north of the sewage ponds. Two were perched close to a nest to which the third bird brought a branch. That nest is in the tree closest to Kelly's and there seem to be at least two more visible further east in the line of trees.
