Dear Geoffrey Are you attempting to emulate Ogden Nash? And what the deuce is a vestrel? Something you wear to vespers while watching crepuscular jackdaws flitting about the vestry? And what happened to your fourth sock? Mine come in pairs. Reminds me of the old Rolf Harris song, "Jake the Peg" about a bloke born with an extra leg.
