Philip,

I note your contribution to the chat line concerning Little Eagles. You write that ‘the issue about misidentification raised by Jerry is mostly a furphy, as rates of misidentification of the species should have decreased over the years.’

I am wondering if you could please expand on this statement. Why should the misidentification of the species decrease over the years?
