For those who have missed out on Brown Songlarks this season they are
still to be found in Dunlop grasslands. Up to five seem to be basing
themselves close to the entrance to Jarramlee Homestead (take the
road off Hugh McKay Crescent). If you sit up near the conifers by
the gate for a little while it should be possible to hear them and
trace where they are finding space to feed among the many Goldfinches
(plenty of juveniles this year).
