Roger - it's clearly a youngish Horsfield's Bronze-Cuckoo, the most diagnostic feature that you show very clearly is the rufous in the tail (an old name for this species).  Around the eye is also quite diagnostic, there is a dark line through it, with a whitish stripe under, which is not present in the Shining.
 
It's not such a young bird as these often can have no signs of barring on the breast at all when immature.
