Black Swans breeding

Today's Canberra Times (front page) draws attention to a good breeding season for Black Swans locally this year. With comments from Mark Clayton. Yesterday (whilst I drove past along Athlon Drive) I observed a pair with cygnets (about two weeks old) on Lake Tuggeranong. I don't believe I have seen them breeding there before.
