Yes that happens. Of course to totally decimate something, there needs to be at least ten of them to start with and one is killed and so there are nine left. That is totally decimation. If there are nine or less in the population, it is impossible to decimate them. But I suspect you mean total devastation or total predation. I was wondering if you were connected to Reid McLachlan.
