This bird is a bit of a local celebrity out here in Wamboin - at a Landcare meeting on Monday night just about everyone there had seen it at some stage. You'll find some (not particularly good) photos of it on COG's Photo Gallery, at http://photogallery.canberrabirds.org.au/cockatoos.htm. David David might also have mentioned that he wrote about this cockatoo
in Canberra Bird Notes (see CBN 28(2): 65-66, June 2003)
