I have seen big concentrations of migrating YFHE on Burrewarra Point at this time of year.
It is not as prominent a point as Greencape but the birds arrive flying along the coast not out over the bay. They move north from there along the cliffs.
I assume they have a strong urge to fly east as well as north and accumulate on the most easterly points of the shoreline.
Rufous Fantails and (last year) Scarlet HE are prominent southward migrants but I don't see them going north.
