Scrivener cockatiel

On Friday after work I dropped by Scrivener dam, downstream. Saw a male cockatiel, pied /dilute, amongst a flock of galahs, it also flew with them later. Also saw black faced cuckoo shrike feeding dependent young. 3 goldfinches, 5 double bars (2 juveniles, 3 adults). Lots of young magpie larks and red wattlebirds. Heard lorikeets and lions but probably in the zoo. Walked further along the creek and some reasonable patches of kangaroo grass, red grass, poas and wallaby grasses, tall Stipa and common everlastings. This areas was burnt in 2003.

Eastern yellow robin, 1 night heron, scrubwrens and fairy wrens were along the creek.
