The O'Connor Wetland BBR, an adult, was present this afternoon. It was flushed from the east side, quite high up on the bank, and flew across the water into the western reeds, where it remained for some time, partially visible. The wetland's quite small and doubtless the bird uses all of it. And how on earth did it find it?!
