An article in today's Canberra Times includes the phrase "Extending Kingston Foreshores over adjoining degraded and industrial land to provide for non-polluting land uses near Jerrabomberra Wetlands." 
 
Is the near-contiguous use of "Extending Kingston Foreshores" and "non-polluting land uses" a late entry for oxymoron of the year?
