It's depressing that this should come on the same day as the IPCC release:

There's time left to act, but not much. That's the assessment from the UN's 
Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.

The latest report says a warming world is already wreaking havoc on 
infrastructure and agriculture and endangering many animal species.  Taken from 
the ABC website.
