White Laughing Kookaburra Mt Gravatt East-Salvin Creek
I saw the White Laughing Kookaburra by the creek near Salvin Park in Mt Gravatt East. I have never seen one before and at first thought it must have been an albino kookaburra but it has black eyes not pink eyes. It sat on a branch near where I was sitting for about ten minutes. When I went to move closer to it it flew away. It was big and looked very healthy, which is great as they often encounter problems surviving in the wild. It was great to see and I hope I see one again!
