Hi birders

I agree with all the comments regarding telling country people about our
birding activities.

I own and run (along with my lovely wife, Susan), a small motel in Goulburn
NSW. I am always interested in why guests are in town, and am keen to give
advice and suggestions about the best place to see things. I always enjoy
discovering that people are here for bird watching, or bush walking, camping
etc. I talk to the local visitor info centre, which has pamphlets on bird
watching in the area, and try to enhance our guests visits with some local
insider knowledge.
I am keen to have more bird watchers stay with us, so if you are heading past
Goulburn, drop in to the Parkhaven Motel, and I'll point you in the right
direction to see NSW's only endemic bird - the rock warbler - which is close by
on the Nerriga Road, or if you like I can give you directions to the sewage
plant!

Happy birding

Andrew Wall
