Sat 27 Oct Black-tailed Native-hen Lake Claremont, Western Australia
Several BtNh in dense bushes in shallow water on the eastern side of Lake Claremont. Other interesting species seen: Chestnut Teal - a single male Red-kneed Dotterel - 3 Sharp-tailed Sandpiper - 3 Red-necked Avocet - 6 Spotless Crake - 1 Australian Spotted Crake - 3

Came to the bird bath, we live next to seaside scrub. I have lived in this house for 6 months and this is the first time i have seen this honeyeater in this location.

Flock of 140 birds came in to drink at one of the lakes where there was also the (now regular) Black Falcon and a Black-tailed Native Hen (scarce in Broome area).

Six Princess Parrots seen about 30 k west of Jigalong (-23.358509 120.78154) on the way to the Newman-Marble Bar Road on 20th October.

Wed 17 Oct Little Curlew, Long-toed Stint, Yellow Chat, Barn Swallow, Eastern Yellow Wagtail, Chestnut Teal Lake Argyle (south), Western Australia
Had some incredible views of numerous birds out on Lake Argyle with thousands of birds around the shallow shores of the lake with highlights being Yellow Chat, Long-toed Stint, Barn Swallow, Little Curlew and a lone male Chestnut Teal.
