Hello Christopher I'd have to agree with Nicholas, Red Knots -the bird in front even has a hint of reddish wash across its chest and stomach. Also, rather than the legband being orange, I'd say that it was most definitely yellow, unless the picture has been played with or it has not captured what you saw. This might be important if and when you are reporting it.
