Sat 7 May Koel Alice Springs
Immature Koel being mobbed by Crows, Miners and Butcherbirds. Surrogate parents, Little Crows rejecting Koel. Knuckley Ave, Alice Springs. Observed by David Kowalick

Fri 6 May Red Goshawk Florence Falls, Litchfield National Park
A Red Goshawk was sighted at Florence Falls on the Shady Creek walk. It was seen in the woodland to the north of the creek, and flew off into the monsoon forest.

Mon 2 May Black-tailed Godwit Alice Springs Sewage Ponds
A flock of five BTGs flew in this morning. Three were in breeding plumage which I'd never seen before. A great moment.
