I have the answer, send in the Japanese, they will quickly reduce the numbers
of those nasty whales that have been eating all the krill...............what a
load of rubbish.

of the 80 species of whales in the world only 10 species (Baleen Whales) eat
krill, and most of these are still recoving from being hunted to near
extinction. Example, nearly a quarter of a million Humpback Whales were killed
by the whaling industry, wiping out more than 95% of the world population,
today there are estimated to be around 80,000.

And I suppose Mr Ian May still believes that Longline fishing dosen't kill
300,000 seabirds 40,000 sea turtles and 100,000,000 sharks every year.
