Birdline Northern Territory

Published sightings for the week ending 13 Mar 2011.

Mon 7 Mar Flock Bronzewing Alice Springs, corner of Sargent St and Stuart Highway
At about 1600 this afternoon I saw a single bird flying roughly north-west at a height of perhaps 50m. I had a clear view from the road making this the second time I've seen this species in as many weeks - interestingly this sighting is in the industrial northern edge of town whereas other recent sightings have all been out in the bush further from the suburbs.
