Thanks to everyone for your concerns about the impending Cyclone heading our way. We have made all our preparations and just have to wait now. We will lose some trees and hopefully they don't come down on the buildings, power will go off and maybe off for many days. We will let you know how we get on when we can. To all of you that are in the path of the Cylone we wish you well and as Bill said " Let's hope that the human, wildlife and forest damage is kept to a minimum".

At least 3 of our Buff-breasted Paradise-Kingfisher nests still have birds in them, hopefully they will stay in them where they should be safe, the other 5 nest are empty as the youngsters have fledged, we have seen a few flying around today, hopefully they can ride out the wind and rain.

All for now,
Keith & Lindsay.
