On our recent Strezelecki track trip we had several birds which we would like a more expert identification. Any assistance would be most appreciated. Photos can be viewed at http://picasaweb.google.com.au/lh/sredir?uname=ChrisinAus60&target=ALBUM&id=5520452462376688833&authkey=Gv1sRgCIbk_bi--b-SBA&invite=CJjO3MUD&feat=email The first 4 pictures are of the same bird which moved along the ground as we photographed it. I am not sure if it is an orange chat or a gibber bird. The last two photos are also a bit of a mystery to me. Both birds were seen between Mt Lyndhurst and Montecollina Bore. Thanks in advance for any help Col and Chris Fitzell Brisbane ============================== To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: http://birding-aus.org ============================= |
