Would you count twitchers from OS as migrants or vagrants?

Cheers,

Hmmmm... It's a game that Ruth and I have been playing for a while...

HOWEVER, we must set some rules:

You can only twitch a twitcher in the field - in other words, meeting
Mike
Carter at BA or BOCA meeting doesn't count!
You can count twitchers that you have guided (that way I get to count
the
Moorheads!)
You must either be able to positively identify the twitcher, OR you must
personally introduce yourself so you can ID them.

I can't think of any other rules yet...

It's a new hobby - twitch the twitcher.
