Hi Does anyone have advice on a basic (not SLR) camera that can be used for simple records of sightings? I notice there are cameras with 12x and even 20x optical zoom but most of these are wide angle (which seems to defeat the purpose). Any clues on the best option for the sort of thing I am looking for? Much appreciated if you can help.
