Sure, but do non-birders see them. We have the Potoos here in Peru. It did
not make my list, but they sure are curious enough, so if they are pointed
out to non-birders they appreciate it being a bird that looks like a stick!
Do they get excited, thinking birds are the coolest things? Don't know.
Maybe not!

One nightbird that indeed is a tourist attraction in Peru is the cave
dwelling Oilbird. How could I forget?
