Hobby hunting in low light

I've always thought of Hobbies as particularly active at dusk, I
assume this a strategy followed by all the species (Australian,
Eurasian and African certainly) to take advantage of insects' and
birds' poorer vision in the dusk, and maybe to catch early flying
bats.
