As most are no doubt aware the House Crow is still residing at Dee Why,
Sydney, NSW (close to the Surf Life Saving Club) and was seen on and off
throughout the day. Its favored haunt appears to be the children's
playground and nearby residential area, so I think it most unlikely that
National Parks or anyone else would consider shooting it at such a
location. Besides with a little persuasion the bird could be captured
using a hoop net.

While viewing it, a local informed me that it had been present for at
least two months.
