Hi everyone,

Today between 1100-1300 Steve Roderick and I checked out the area at Dee Why
where the (now infamous) bird had been seen. A third birdo was also there who
had tried twice on the weekend to see it but had failed. There was no sign of
it, although there was certainly no lack of Corvids (including a couple of very
young Aussie Ravens).

We stopped off at Mason Park on the way home and the only migratory shorebird
present that we could see was a/the lone Pectoral Sandpiper.
