Don't listen to Tony, he's already got all the good birds and has
forgotten how good pelagics can be.

Ginger beer and other ginger products work really well for me, and
there is a very well documented history of their use for such
situations. You can also get preserved ginger without the surface
sugar if you're interested in cutting out some needless sugar.

Also, really try not to think about it. In my experience if I start to
think I might get sick it happens. Get involved in the trip, scan for
birds and preferably find a white tailed tropic bird. It helped me out
a lot! Still buzzing about that bird. What a cracker.
