Are the corellas native to the area, or bred up from aviary released birds?

The Little and Long-billed Corellas in Perth are being culled as they are a threat to native species by taking over nest hollows. They all originate from aviary released birds. There is a very small percentage of Western Corellas (less than 1% I believe). These are released although there is a good chance they are from the same source.

The same issue as South Australia has been reported further north in the Pilbara, with the birds damaging sports ovals. I don't know if permission has been given to cull them, as the Little Corella is native to those areas.
