G'day Birders,
I had an overnight trip to Ulladulla yesterday (about 200 km south of Sydney) and while I didn't have any time for birding I did get to see a Square-tailed Kite gliding lazily over the tree tops on the south western side of town.

It seems to me that these birds are becoming more common as for the first 20 years of birding I didn't see one, now I see them quite regularly. Is this just me or are others seeing more kites now than previously?

Graham Turner
