Hi all
After having just bought the great new Pizzey/Knight/Menkhorst I have been trying to do some research about the whole 'Albatross taxonomy' issue. Searching through the birding aus archives i found a link to Tony Pallister's website which has a fantastic article/summary of the debate up until about 2000 by the looks:
http://users.bigpond.net.au/palliser/pelagic/taxon.html
(Thank you Tony!)
Sorry if this has been asked more recently that i didn't find, but I was wondering if there was any further updates in regards to this matter - ie: any more research that has been conducted/presented. Or is it still essentially the same basic facts and people still differing in opinon.

I know this seems to be a well gone over topic so i apologise for bringing it up again to those who are "over it". :)

Cheers
David Stowe
