Thy haven't been seen at Oxley Common, it is too open and I would not expect
them there. They have been seen at nearby Sherwood Arboretum where the
habitat is suitable.

with all the discussion about Bush Thick-knees and their presence in
Brisbane - I was at the Oxley Common this morning and wondered has
anyone seen them there at any point? - The Common looks like it
could well be a suitable habitat for them. There were also Thick-
knees at the nearby Sherwood Forest Park some years ago - again, have
they been recorded there by anyone in recent times?
