I was there with a friend a couple of weeks ago for one nightonly - had the
Scrub-bird very close to the office the evening we arrived. Next morning we
saw several Scrub-birds and easily found a Bristlebird - and then we had the
great fortune to flush a Whipbird about 30 mins walk away. Also Brown Quail
and several Emu-wrens - Rock Parrots had been reported but we couldn't find
any.

Thoroughly recommended! The owner maintains a logbook for birders to mark
recent sightings in.

Colin,
That's an impressive list in a very short period of time! It took
me two separate visits and 11 hours spread over 3 days on the second visit
to get to see the Noisy Scrub-bird (I got it at 5.30am on the third day
only
20m from the caravan park office, then went back to bed feeling rather
happy).
In addition to your list I also saw Southern Emu-wren and Brown
Quail close-by the park.
