Ricki and Alan,

Brown Honeyeaters were an almost daily visitor to our bird water dish at Woolooware, near Cronulla and Kurnell, NSW, in the late 1950's and 1960's. At that time the area was considered to be their southern limit. I have seen them at Quibray Bay in recent years so expect that they have continued to occur in the area.

Alan, I thought that there had been a couple (?one) of records south of the Sydney district.
