Just a quick update. I wrote Stuart Chambers regarding the third edition of the NZ Locality Guide and here's what he said (in part): The update is years away I think. Publisher wants to do another bird book first. So, the second edition is the only real site guide for the country available. I'd doubt there will be a reprint, so it might be wise to pick up a copy before they disappear. And, while the book is not as specific as something like "Finding Birds in Darwin and the Top End" or "Where to Find Birds in North-East Queensland", it's the only book of its kind. =============================== www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.comTo unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: =============================== |
