Origin of 'graculina'

Does anyone know the origin of this - is it just 'grackle-like' ? I thought
this but  the actual grackle genus is called something completely different.

Also, where do Pied Currawongs nest in the Sydney area? I've seen juveniles
of magies and butcherbirds but don't recall ever seeing these....
