BillI was birding at The Briars Park, Mt Martha [Vic] last Friday [8/9] and there were Fan-tailed Cuckoos calling continuously. Managed to get onto 3 however would say that there would probably have been others there. Interestingly, whilst doing a 16km walk in Greens Bush at Main Ridge [further south] last Sunday didn't hear any cuckoos. Regards Val |
