Re: [Birding-Aus] GHL - brought by cotton growers?Hi all
I made the pilgrimage to Burren Junction, and saw the Grey-headed Lapwing
yesterday (thursday) afternoon around 4pm.
Other interesting sightings: 1 Black Falcon 5 mins S of Gunnedah, 1 Koala 5
mins N of Gunnedah, 1 Black Falcon stirring up flocks of Galahs and Cockatiels
at Burren Junction.
Back home in in SA now... the maddest twitch I've ever done and my first one
that included flying - as well as driving 1100 km in one day from Gosford to
Burren Junction & back...

Cheers
