We had great views of Little Penguins at Bicheno, Tas. We stayed at Diamond Island resort, which overlooks the Penguin nesting area and the Penguins walked around the apartments of the resort after dark. However, there are also guided tours available from a tour office in Bicheno township for those not staying at the resort.
