Earlier this year I went to see the ospreys at narrabeen and when I arrived I observed one flying down the road. It dissapeared from sight for a moment as it flew through some trees and emerged carrying a long stick, like nesting material. It flew with the stick up to the branch at the top of the ridge where they always roost. I dont think there was a nest up there because I observed them frequently during the breeding season and there were always 2 birds there, 1 would have been absent if they were incubating eggs at any stage I would have thought. Any way it was a good sign. Saw a pair of powerful owls with 2 babies at middle harbour creek, near the cascades track about 3 months ago. Could anyone tell me where I could observe pacific bazas in sydney, especially on the north shore or northern beaches. Also could anyone tell me the location of the sea eagle nest in middle harbour?

Thanks alot,
