The problem is that the archive uses a non-standard http port (64800).
Your browser may be configured not to allow access to such ports or an
intervening firewall may be configured to block this port.  Early last
year I got half-way to moving the archive to a standard port.  Maybe later
this month I'll be able to finish the job.  Currently I'm on holiday with
erratic access to e-mail and the archive.
