Hi All,

Observed a group of 8 White-winged Choughs at Windsor Downs Nature Reserve in Western Sydney yesterday (approx 11:30am). Three were attending three nestlings in the large bowl-shaped mud nest. This was very pleasing to see since I wasn't sure if they were still around Sydney anymore. On the topic of disappearing drier woodland birds in western Sydney, has anyone seen Black-chinned Honeyeaters in this region in recent years? Cheers.

Frank
