Hi Birders,
Jesko Sirker enquired about birding sites around Sydney on Birding-aus on 30/7/03. There is a book that is/should be available from the Australian Museum Shop, the Cumberland Bird Observers Club, Birding NSW and Birds Australia (Sydney office) (addresses in teleohone book), entitled "Birdwatchers Guide to the Sydney Region" by Peter Roberts, first published by Kangaroo Press in 1993.The booklet covers not only Sydney but also a number of Central Coast sites, 100 km to the north.
