Thanks for alerting us all to what is proposed at Penrhyn, and the concerns you
have. Whilst a few of the contributions to this discussion have got somewhat
sidetracked, and there has been the usual lack of concensus, it is important to
share this sort of information, and I think Birding-Aus is one of the places
these issues should be discussed.
