Hi Terrill,
I can't completely visualise their proposal from your
e-mail but it appears from your message they intend to stack containers
around an enclosed wetland? If so, no amount of landscaping or prettying up
will be of avail, the waders won't come. Waders need a long view in at least one
direction. The growth and subsequent removal of mangroves at Stockton Bridge has
proved this.
