Hi All,Graham,  Yes a did my bit for the Painted Snipe without any luck, there is only a couple of places in the Hawkesbury which would be suiable habitat all the other wetlands/lagoons being dry.

For Sydney Listers we flushed a Red Chested Button Quail from the long grassed paddock at the corner of Culpits and Cornwallis Rd  Richmond, together with Brown Quail and a Spotted Harrier. The Freckled Duck appear to have left as well as the Ruff, there is a Pectoral SP showing well at the lagoon the Freckled Duck vacated.
