Hello All,

I know this has come up before but...  Just a plea for contributors to
identify their locations more fully.  Some place names (e.g. Yarra) are
so well known they don't need further location ID.  Many others present
a problem and would be much clearer if the state was included in the
message/signature.  Ta.
