Hi Tom and all I hope this means good news related to your posting in May 2000 with the subject "Appeal for help from Japan!". This asked us to lobby in relation to one of Japan's largest remaining Little Tern breeding colonies, in Atsugi. But perhaps it meant the road works went ahead and the colony has gone?
