Birds. Melb. 
Jacaranda. 1966. 163pp. Numerous col & b/w plates. 

Relatively easy to get hold of from 2nd hand dealers (do a search on Google.com 
and stand back!).  
It's a lovely book - everyone should read it at least once, IMHO.
